How Do I Place An Order?
Go to the shop page and select your products. Go to shoping cart, Complete the order form. Select payment option and submit. It's that easy!
Payment and Shipping
Once we receive your payment we will pack and send your Frencher to you! Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for us to get it done!

Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our product 100%. If your Frencher fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace the tool free of charge. We will not replace damaged tools due to abuse or damage from unintended use. You hear us MacGyver wannabes!! Seriously we want and expect you to be satisfied and in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased from us simply click HERE and let us know what's wrong. We will do our best to resolve the issue and we will do send you a return label so you can mail the product and the reciept back to us in the original condition to us.
